Q. How do I enter the Contest?
A. To Enter through the Micro and Mobile Site:
  1. Register
  2. Submit a recipe of your creation
  3. Choose an image from either your computer or a social album (if using mobile, you will only be able to upload from Facebook)
  4. Enter caption describing the image
  5. Click the preview entry button
  6. Review your submission
  7. Click the submit button to complete the entry process

To Enter through Twitter or Instagram:
  1. Log into or create your Twitter or Instagram account.
  2. Follow @KretschmarDeli on Twitter or Instagram
  3. Take a photo of your Kretschmar Deli Master’s Cut creation

Q. What are the guidelines for submitting a photo?
A. Guidelines:
  • The Submission photograph must be in .jpg, .png, or .bmp
  • The Submission photograph must not exceed 5MB in size
  • The Submission must contain an original caption
  • The Submission's title and description must be in English

Q. When will I see my submission after I upload it?
A. All images submitted must be approved by the administrator of the promotion before appearing on the site. Please allow three business days for your photo to be approved. If your image doesn't appear in the gallery after three days read below for some reasons why this may be happening:
  • The image must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
  • The image must not contain brand names or trademarks;
  • The image must not contain photos or artwork not created by entrant;
  • The image must not contain material that is hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous;
  • The image must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; and
  • The image must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where image is created. The image must be the property of the entrant’s;
  • The image must be no larger than five (5) MB;
  • The image must be in .jpeg format;

Q. Can I change the image I uploaded?
A. Images cannot be modified or deleted once they are submitted for any reason.
Q. How can I view my image online?
A. After your image has been approved, you can go to and look for your submission in the contest gallery.
Q. How do I access the contest via my mobile device?
A. To access the contest from your mobile device, visit on your mobile device.
Q. What should I do if my image doesn’t show up in the Gallery?
A. If you've tried to enter again because you don't see it in the gallery, please note that it may take up to 72 hours for it to appear, as it goes through a quick screening process first.
Q. I entered the contest, but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
A. To make sure you get emails, add to your address book. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your confirmation email.
Q. When will the winners be notified?
A. The winners will be contacted on or around November 17, 2017. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.

Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
